Notes
A problem arises within the Cemetery with the casual discarding of the wrappings of flowers used to decorate the gravestones. This tends to blow with the prevailing wind towards the east, and particularly the north-east corner.

The cemetery authorities have used a simple but effective way of stoppingthis from blowing through the railings onto adjacent land (the Alders Brook bridle path and the Exchange Lands) by erecting a chicken-wire fence. This photograph was taken just before the litter was collected.
