A view of the daffodil site on Lincoln Island, Wanstead Park.
This site has a substantial population of daffodils with varieties and even species. As with much of Wanstead Park, it has been getting very overgrown and the Wren Conservation Group have begun a once-a-year clearance in the winter so that the daffodils might have a chance to regenerate.
They may be seen from the opposite bank, which is near the golf-course extension at the north of the Park.
