There are some nice old yews in Wanstead Park, and this one near to the Grotto is a good example.

Elsewhere, in Warren Wood a winding hedge of yews was planted to try to recreate an ornamental feature of the original gardens. However, this was not maintained and the hedge now consists of quite large young trees.
