This Watercress is in the mud at the west end of the Perch Pond.

The enlarged inset in the picture shows the seed capsule appearing to have just one row of seeds, hence identifying this as probably Nasturtium microphyllum.

This is probably the common species of watercress to be found in Wanstead Park.
