This is not a species that has been noted very often on Wanstead Flats, nor elsewhere in the area.

The specimen shown here was found near Long Wood, by Centre Road. Another patch was found at the other end of this central part of Wanstead Flats, by the side of the pavement along Forest Drive, in July 2016.
