This impressive clump - up to almost a metre tall, growing in the ditch opposite No. 197 Capel Road, Wanstead Flats. Certainly deposited here, if not deliberately introducd, these can persist, and may do so as they could be too big for table decorations!

Not really possible to determine species as there are probably a number of hybrids available commercially.
