This is a very tentative identification as their are numerous ichneumon wasps in the UK with similar markings - and the photograph isn't nearly good enough to see necessary characteristics. Another candidate might be Ichneumon xanthorius, and indeed this species may appear earlier in the year than A. armatorius.
