Notes

This strange little beetle was found wandering across my windowsill. Slightly reddish-brown, and looking more bug-like than beetle, it was sometime before I was able to get an identification of it being a spider beetle.

It looks a bit like the North American species Gibbium aequinoctiale, but the Natural History Museum website suggests it is more likely to be G. psylloides, a European species.
