I think that this is leafcutter bee is either M. willughbiella or Megachile centuncularis.

Megachile willughbiella and Megachile centuncularis are similar species which would require microscopic examination to determine, but both species are widespread and frequent in southern Britain and are frequent visitors to gardens.(Falk, 2015).
