This juvenile Reed Warbler proved very difficult to photograph, spending most of its time in the Phragmites reeds by the Shoulder of Mutton Pond. A brief foray onto a neighbouring tree enabled this photograph. Reed Warblers only took up residence here last year (2010), but a pair evidently brought off at least one young.
